Leave your custom sizes (x,x,x,x,x) (Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky) in the bar above.
***If you're not sure, there is a Sizing Kit that you can purchase. To locate, select the Shop tab and then Nail Add-Ons.***
Each set of nails comes with a nail buffer, file, orange wood stick, alcohol wipe, nail glue & adhesive tabs. (Adhesive tabs make them reusable.)
3 Different Ways To Select Your Size1) Use the Sizing Chart provided to measure
2) Select a full set (includes 2 of each size, 20 nails in total)
3) Purchase a Sizing Kit - it has nail blanks to hold against your natural nail instead of measuring
If you need help, please reach out through the chat or contact form, for assistance.** You are responsible for selecting your correct size.
*** There is only one shape for pedicures, Square.
**** Please note that there will be small color (shade) discrepancies due to different monitor settings. Also, there will be the subtle, natural differences you would expect from any hand painted item.
* I will gladly accept any cancellations within a 24-hour window of purchase.
**If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please leave your item unopened / unused and contact me so we can work on a timely resolution. This may include a modification to the item, return with a partial or full refund, a replacement etc. We will work together to make sure your expectations are met!
***Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for sizing errors due to non-measuring. I do offer a 20-piece set, which includes 2 of each size. I also, offer a sizing kit, where you can hold nail blanks to your nails and find your size without measuring.
All nails are handmade to order and I currently have a 2-day processing time for all handmade sets, although it may be sooner. Custom designs submitted by you may take longer. I will give you a time estimate during our “Creator Discussion”. Around 3-5 days would be a rough estimate, depending on supplies needed and intricacy of the design requested.
(I have Ready To Wear Sets available which do not have a processing time. They are made in advance, in both stiletto and coffin shapes, and come in a bold solid color. They are made in the same fashion as my other sets, with a hard gel underlay and top coat.)
If you need it faster, I offer an "Expedited Processing" option which will expedite your order to 1 day of processing. If you need it by certain date, please send me a message to let me know!
* Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. The current processing time for all handmade sets is 2 days.
