This may include a modification to the item, return with a partial or full refund, a replacement etc. We will work together to make sure your expectations are met!

All nails are handmade to order and I currently have a 7-day processing time for all handmade sets, although it may be sooner. Custom designs submitted by you may take longer. I will give you a time estimate during our “Creator Discussion”. Around 10 days would be a rough estimate, depending on supplies needed and intricacy of the design requested.
(I will be adding Pre-Made Sets in the future, which do not have a processing time.)
If you need it faster, I offer an "Expedited Processing" option which will expedite your order to 3 days instead of 1 week. If you need it by certain date, please send us a message to let me know!
* Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. The current processing time for all handmade sets is 1 week.
